At this stage, you will have the opportunity to consult with one of our TigerStones specialists who will guide you through the various aspects to consider when creating the perfect ring. You can share any inspiration images you have come across, and we will recommend design features based on the preferences you provide. If you have not finalised all aspects of the design, we may suggest a follow-up consultation to assist you in making a design choice that you are completely satisfied with.
After finalising the details of your ring and paying the deposit (which will be credited to your final purchase total), we will develop a CAD (computer-aided design) mock-up for your review. You will have the chance to suggest any necessary changes or adjustments to ensure that the ring is perfect for you!
After obtaining your approval on the design, our team of expert gem cutters and goldsmiths will begin the production process to craft your bespoke ring. The ring will go through various quality control checks and will be officially hallmarked to ensure its authenticity and quality.
We understand that you are eager to receive your finished ring! Once it is completed, we will send you photographs of the ring for your final review. Once you have confirmed that you are satisfied with the ring, we will carefully package it and ship it to you using a fully insured service. We will provide you with tracking information so that you can monitor the shipment's progress.

How long does the bespoke process take?
Typically, our bespoke orders take between 6-8 weeks to be completed. To allow for any issues, we recommend placing your order at least 10 weeks before it is needed.
I need my ring ASAP, what are my options?
Our ready-to-wear rings are a great option for rings needed in a hurry. These are rings that are already in stock. Please note, that depending on the size needed, you may need to allow a window of time for the ring to be resized. Ready-to-wear rings can be in your hand anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks.
Alternatively, if you would like to order a made-to-order or bespoke ring, we may be able to expedite the order of your ring at an extra cost. Please contact us via email or by booking a consultation to discuss this option.
