Refund policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns on orders within 28 days of receiving the order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Any items that have been personalised or engraved
  • Any items that have been resized
  • Any bespoke order

Please note that items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • You will be given an address to return your item(s) to
  • Arrange shipping to said address

It’s important to note that returns shipping costs are not covered by TigerStones, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service. We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us so we recommend using the Special Delivery service.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
