TigerStones LTD -  Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

TigerStones LTD ("we," "us," or "the Company") extends a lifetime warranty on all jewellery purchases sold to our customers ("you" or "the customer"). This warranty is valid from the date the engagement ring is received by you. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing and processing defects.

2. Warranty Benefits:

We offer the following benefits:

  • Repair or replacement of the engagement ring, without additional charges, in case of verified manufacturing or processing defects.
  • Comprehensive inspection and assessment of the engagement ring to identify and address any issues arising from manufacturing or processing flaws.
  • Confidence that your investment is safeguarded against defects stemming from the crafting or processing of the engagement ring.

3. Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not extend to:

  • Goods subjected to excessive wear, misuse, or damage due to causes unrelated to manufacturing or processing.
  • Engagement rings that have undergone unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications.
  • Loss or theft of the engagement ring.
  • Damages or defects resulting from accidents, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear issues, such as scratches or minor dents
  • Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

4. Warranty Claims:

If you suspect your engagement ring has a manufacturing or processing defect covered by this warranty, please adhere to the following steps:

  • Initiate the warranty claim process by contacting our dedicated Customer Service Department at contact@tigerstones.co.uk.
  • Our representative will guide you through the necessary steps.
  • Securely package the engagement ring, enclosing the original guarantee of authenticity booklet that came with the purchase and ship to the address provided by the representative. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method for added security.

5. Warranty Fulfillment:

Upon receipt of the package, our accomplished professionals will meticulously evaluate the engagement ring to ascertain whether the issue indeed results from a manufacturing or processing defect. We are committed to conducting any required repairs or replacements promptly, upholding our exacting standards of craftsmanship.

6. Limitations:

  • Our commitment under this warranty is confined to addressing manufacturing and processing defects as elucidated in this policy.
  • Warranty coverage may be declined if evidence suggests misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorised alterations, or activities not covered by this policy.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications conducted by third parties will nullify this warranty.

7. Miscellaneous:

  • This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • TigerStones LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at its discretion and without prior notice.

TigerStones Resizing Service

TigerStones provides one free ring resizing service (excluding postage) for all ring purchases. This offer remains valid for a duration of three months from the date of receiving your order. Additionally, the price is £75 for ring resizing beyond this timeframe, should you need it. Please note that postage fees for resizing services are the responsibility of the customer.
